XL and Nostalgia

First, I am pleased to report that without consulting the scale, I have lost enough weight to fit an XL top. That is huge for me. It has been nearly six years since I last wore this size without it being skin tight. On top of that, it was a tad baggy. It was fun to have my best friend notice in a very tasteful way that I am indeed a tad less round. Not significant, but enough to see a difference. That's super exciting.

Second, I ordered a 1997 Foldable Pretty House for my nostalgic Barbie collection. It was one of my best memories as a child. Our FIRST Christmas in Dalmeny, my parents bought me this doll house. I was STOKED. I asked for it all year, that year. They even filmed me opening it and I went nuts for it. It was very cute.

The one thing I did not enjoy about ordering this Pretty House, is that Canadian currency really got me. And then it got me again when I had to pay customs because the worth was over $100. Oh well, there is no price for some things. I would have paid $500 for this. Don't worry, I did not.
